Omar Waked is a Manager in Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory at KPMG US, working across construction, infrastructure, and capital projects. He previously cofounded Raedam.
Extended biography
At KPMG US, Omar progressed from Associate (January 2024–September 2025) to Senior Associate (October 2025–September 2026) and Manager (October 2026–present). His work includes scenario planning, portfolio risk analysis, and decision-support systems for capital programs.
Omar cofounded Raedam, a hardware-and-software parking technology company. The venture was featured by Portland State University’s Center for Entrepreneurship and TiE Oregon, and Omar was named to Portland Inno’s “Inno Under 25.”
Omar earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Portland State University and splits his time between Seattle and San Francisco. His work spans construction, infrastructure, and project delivery.
